We're excited to welcome you to your upcoming appointment at Upscale Nail Studio, your relaxing spa where impeccable hygiene meets genuine smiles in North Vancouver! To ensure a seamless and relaxing experience for all our valued clients, we kindly ask that you review our studio policies.

Appointment Standards

Booking & Confirmation: All appointments are easily booked through our Fresha app. Please note that we follow confirmed appointments only; unconfirmed appointments are automatically released to our waiting list.
Arrival: We invite you to arrive 10 minutes early to unwind, enjoy our complimentary refreshments, and settle into our sanctuary.
Our Promise: We are excited to welcome you to your upcoming appointment. To ensure a seamless and relaxing experience for all our valued clients, we kindly ask that you review our studio policies.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can shift. We kindly request at least 12 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another guest who may be waiting for our services.
Changes within 12 hours: A 50% fee applies.
Missed Appointments (No-Shows): The full service charge applies.
Refreshments: Complimentary refreshments are provided for your enjoyment. Please note that outside food and drinks are not permitted.

Group & Celebration Appointments

We love hosting your special moments! To ensure your event is as seamless as the service, we have tailored our group booking standards:
Requirements: A minimum of 4 people, 3-hour booking block.
Retainer: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking.
Benefits: Enjoy a 10% group discount on all services and complimentary refreshments.
Gratuity: An 18% gratuity is automatically applied to your final bill. This allows your party to enjoy the moment without worrying about individual calculations.
Confirmation & Changes: Please confirm all details 5 days prior to your celebration to lock in your dream services. Free changes are available up to 5 days before. Last-minute changes within 5 days are subject to a 50% fee, and missed parties are subject to the full service charge.
