Booking & Confirmation

• Easy booking through our Fresha app 

• We follow confirmed appointments only 

• Unconfirmed appointments will be released to our waiting list 

• Come in 10 minutes early to unwind 

Cancellation Policy:

• Need to change plans? No worries if it's 12+ hours before 

• Changes within 12 hours: 50% fee applies 

• Missed appointments: Full charge applies

• Relax and pay after your service 

• Small 2.69% terminal fee 

• 5% GST applies

Refreshments 

• Complimentary refreshments provided 

• Outside food and drinks not permitted

• 50% non-refundable deposit at booking

• Minimum 4 people, 3-hour booking block

• 10% group discount on all services

• Complimentary refreshments included

• 18% gratuity added to final bill

• Lock in your dream services 5 days ahead 

• Free changes up to 5 days before 

• Last-minute changes: 50% fee applies
